Site Unification
Comcast Business has 3 main digital properties: the eCommerce experience, Help & Support, and the self-service My Account for existing customers -- each of which had drastically different designs and navigational UI.
Site Unification was an initiative whose UX design I led to make a cohesive customer journey and unify the properties under 1 domain & navigation pattern.
This project was the fruit of months of planning, sitemapping, information architecture, prototyping, and working embedded in our dev sprint teams.
